This position champions financial integrity across our beverage production sites. As a Financial Operations Leader, you will partner with senior management to deliver financial insights and strategic guidance essential for effective plant operations.

Your role will focus on financial reporting, compliance, and budget management while ensuring that team members adhere to corporate policies. You will also lead initiatives that foster continuous improvement within financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate and timely financial results
Guide plant teams on capital expenditure planning




Manage weekly/monthly forecasting and budgeting
Enforce compliance with inventory and financial controls
Collaborate on process improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years of experience at the Controller level
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Solid analytical mindset and communication ability
