The Career Skills Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting unemployed and/or under‑employed Black individuals, particularly those who are current to the Canadian workforce, to identify career goals, gain employability skills, and secure jobs.Integral to the duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate for this position is the ability to provide comprehensive services and information resources that enable program participants to take active responsibility for their work plan, career decision and job search; equipping programparticipants for making career plans by facilitating awareness of their work related strengths,
