Act as an HR contact for all related inquiries
Advise on employee relations and performance management
Ensure HR best practices for policy and program development
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support staff
Lead efforts in change management and organizational strategy Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Commerce
5+ years of relevant HR experience
Experience in employee relations and HRIS management
CHRP or advanced degree considered an asset
