Establish commercialization strategies for university innovations
Negotiate research agreements and licensing terms
Evaluate and oversee patent processes

Requirements:
Master’s or PhD in an Engineering or Science field preferred
5 years of relevant business development experience
Familiarity with the commercialization process and intellectual property
Proven communication and negotiation skills
