This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Claims Technical Specialist, Casualty & Litigation based in Canada.

This role offers an opportunity to handle sophisticated casualty and litigation claims within a collaborative, customer-focused insurance workplace. You will manage intermediate to complex claims across areas such as commercial liability, automobile liability, directors and officers, and skilled liability. The position combines technical claims expertise, investigation, coverage analysis, liability assessment, and effective resolution of complex files.

You will work closely with claimants, brokers, vendors,



and other stakeholders while ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Beyond managing your own portfolio, you will contribute to team development by mentoring colleagues and supporting the onboarding of current claims professionals. The role is well suited to an experienced claims specialist who brings strong judgment, organization, communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
