Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a top-tier Design & Construction team • Oversee national construction project planning and execution • Direct tendering and contract administration activities • Ensure accuracy of contract documents and compliance • Build partnerships with stakeholders for successful project delivery
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field • 10+ years of retail construction management experience • Proven success leading large-scale projects • Solid knowledge of building codes and safety regulations • Proficiency with project management software
