The Culinary Manager responsibilities will be:
Leading the culinary team in excellent delivery of dining services
Great residents in the dining area, prompt resolution of issues or concerns




Maintain production records, track inventory and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Plan, review, and update menus based on resident preferences, nutritional needs, and seasonal availability.
Order food, supplies, and kitchen inventory while maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Monitor food costs, purchasing, and inventory to stay within budget.
Following all Levante Living policies and procedures
May be required to assist with food preparation and delivery
Performing other duties as assignedMust haves:
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles, along with a degree in hospitality management or a related field
Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
Solid leadership capabilities, able to multi-task and work in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
