Summary
Our building custodian (working the overnight or "graveyard" shift) maintains the cleanliness, security, and safety of University Golf Club. They perform deep cleaning, monitor facility security, and report maintenance issues while visitors and staff are absent.

Core Responsibilities
Overnight Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, wash interior glass, dust surfaces, and empty trash or recycling bins, and restrooms.
Sanitation: Deep-clean and disinfect high-touch areas, fixtures, and restrooms.
Building Security: Check and lock doors and windows, monitor for unauthorized entry, and report suspicious activities or security risks.
Facility Upkeep: Restock paper and soap supplies, change light bulbs, and perform minor fixes or maintenance checks.
Reporting:



Document facility issues or damage and inform management or property supervisors.

Job Requirements
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs during an overnight shift.
Independent Work: Capacity to complete solo task lists efficiently without direct supervision.
Discretion & Respect: High level of qualified maturity and respect for a sensitive, quiet workplace.
Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with proper chemical handling, cleaning tools, and safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Temporary

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
