Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Tool and Equipment Repair Warranty Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage warranty claims related to tool and equipment repairs, coordinate repair processes, and ensure productive communication between service providers and internal teams. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help maintain seamless warranty operations, supporting our commitment to quality service.

Duties

· Tool Intake Desk: Greet customers, inspect dropped-off tools, and log incoming repair items into the computer system.

· Repair Tracking: Create repair workorders, assign jobs to service technicians, and update the status of active work orders.

· Warranty Processing: Check warranty coverage, file manufacturer claims, and secure repair approvals or parts.

· Customer Service: Call clients with repair cost estimates, notify them when tools are ready,



and explain invoice charges.

Qualifications
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal staff.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recordkeeping and claim processing.
Basic Tool Knowledge: Understanding of general hand and power tools is helpful.
Communication: Clear speaking and writing skills to deal with upset or confused customers.

Pay: $17.95-$18.95 per hour
