Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain product displays through merchandising and landscape maintenance techniques to ensure an attractive store environment
Provide knowledgeable advice on gardening, horticulture, and landscaping products to enhance customer satisfaction
Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting with online orders and inquiries when needed




Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize merchandise for optimal presentation
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing concerns or questions promptly
Assist in store promotions and marketing efforts to increase sales

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures is advantageous
Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or merchandising is a plus
Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
Strong communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are beneficial
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are important for success in this role

Pay: $18.20-$18.25 per hour
