Join SickKids as a Clinical Trials Project Manager focused on pediatric oncology. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex oncology trials while supporting the STEP-1 Program and the U-Link Canada initiative. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to enhance the trial process and ensure equity in access for pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities:
Lead management of clinical trials from initiation to completion
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines
Facilitate recruitment activities and ensure patient safety
Supervise data management and audit readiness
Guide junior staff and lead process improvements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related health field
Minimum five years in clinical trial management
Experience in oncology clinical trials
Thorough understanding of clinical compliance standards
Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills Utilize your clinical research capabilities to foster better healthcare solutions for children at SickKids.
