Job Summary

MindKey Health is seeking a reliable and responsive Technology Support Contractor to provide ongoing technical assistance across our clinic network. This is a flexible, part-time contract position requiring approximately 5 - 10 hours per week on average. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

Role Overview

The Tech support Contractor will support day-to-day technology operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficency.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support and administration for Google Workspace (user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting, shared drives, security settings).
Manage and maintain clinic computer networks, including routers, printers, Wi-Fi configuration and basic cybersecurity monitoring.
Support and maintain clinic devices, including laptops, desktops, and iPads (setup, configuration, updates, troubleshooting).
Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff from a technology standpoint (account creation, device setup, access permissions).
Provide responsive troubleshooting support for staff (remote and occasional in office as needed).
Assist with website updates and maintenance, (content updates, basic troubleshooting,



coordinating with web developers if required).
Ensure routine software updates, backups, and device security compliance.
Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency and technology security

Ideal Qualifications
Experience supporting small-to-mid sized organizations with cloud-based systems.
Proficiency with Google Workspace administration.
Familiarity with Apple devices (iPads, Mac systems) and Windows settings.
Working knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting.
Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar).
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Understanding of privacy and data security standards in healthcare settings is an asset.

Engagement Structure
Independent contractor role.
Approximately 5 - 10 hours per week on average (variable based on need).
Flexible scheduling, with availability for urgent troubleshooting when required.
Compensation negotiable based on experience and scope.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
