Perform light repairs to fleet (oil change, battery change…). No engines, or heavy mechanical work.
Fastex Transport is looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Mechanic to join our team and keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety requirements
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Respond to occasional breakdowns and urgent repairs
Requirements:
Experience working on heavy trucks and trailers
Solid mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Valid Quebec mechanic certification/experience is an asset
