Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Store Associate specializing in Stocking and Inventory. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, organized, and appealing to customers. Your proactive approach will help create a seamless shopping experience while maintaining the store’s cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Stock shelves with merchandise promptly and accurately, ensuring products are properly labeled and faced
Lifting & Moving: Handle, move, and organize boxes ranging from light packages to heavy freight
Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reporting shortages or discrepancies
Assist customers with locating products, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and work areas through routine cleaning and organization




Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and signage to enhance product visibility
Perform cashier duties as needed, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Order Fulfillment: Pack orders safely and efficiently for customer pickup or shipping.
Balloon Preparation: Inflate, tie, and arrange helium balloons for customer orders and floor displays.

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or stocking roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace
Experience with merchandising, cleaning, cashiering, or general maintenance is beneficial

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
