Duties
Thoroughly clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods

Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy service times
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas throughout shifts
Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently while adhering to environmental guidelines




Support the kitchen team by organizing clean items for storage or use in food service operations
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service workplace is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued
