Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their checkout process using POS (Point of Sale) systems
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure products are attractively presented and easy to find
Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
Communicate clearly with team members regarding stock levels, customer needs, and store policies using strong verbal skills

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better service for diverse customer bases
Solid communication skills and phone etiquette to interact confidently with customers and team members
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the checkout area tidy and stocked
Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks and product demos effectively
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods

Pay: $15.00-$22.53 per hour
