Duties
Support siding installers by preparing work areas, including measuring and organizing materials
Assist with the safe handling and heavy lifting of siding panels, tools, and equipment
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and caulking guns to aid in installation tasks
Follow blueprints and project plans to ensure siding is installed accurately according to specifications
Help with surface preparation, including cleaning and minor repairs before siding application
Apply caulking around seams and edges to ensure weather-tight seals and professional finishes
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly
Experience
Prior construction or handyman experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training!
Familiarity with hand tools, carpentry techniques, and blueprint reading is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Basic knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn recent skills
