Overview

The Hotel Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and security. This energetic position combines front desk responsibilities with accounting duties, offering a dynamic environment for motivated individuals who thrive in hospitality settings. Duties
Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth
Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with positive attitude and effective communication
Conduct nightly audits of accounts, ensuring accuracy of billing and reservations records
Maintain a secure workplace by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting visual inspections of the property
Answer all incoming calls with proper phone etiquette,



directing inquiries appropriately
Document shift activities through detailed reports, incident logs, and audit summaries

Qualifications
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, especially in front desk or guest services roles.
Experience in using OPERA.
Strong multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse guests
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of hotel security procedures and guest safety protocols is advantageous
