ZEHONG CANADA is looking for an Ocean Import Coordinators.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle FCL Ocean Import. Track and trace shipments to final destinations, including audit invoice, cost, arrange delivery, etc
Provide excellent customer service
Handle and resolve all issues with clients

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in Ocean import shipments.
Good knowledge of North America logistics.
Sense of responsibility.
Experience coming from a very fast paced environment
Experience coming from a high volume email a day workplace and knowing how to prioritize
Strong time management, able to prioritize tasks, communication skills
Ability to provide quality service for our customers by understanding their needs and requirements . Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task in rapid paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
