We are a full-service home renovation company based in Carleton Place that specializes in kitchens and bathrooms. We work in the City of Ottawa and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking a Lead Carpenter with minimum 5 years experience in residential renovations. Ideal candidate would be able to show their fine workmanship in both kitchens & bathrooms.

Responsibilities
Performs renovation and installation work according to project plans and industry standards
Supervises sub trades and carpenter assistant(s) where required




Maintains a qualified demeanour in all interactions with client
Maintains job site safety & exceptional cleanliness

Qualifications
High level of personal integrity
Extremely organized with attention to detail
Possess a high desire to exceed clients expectations
Experience as a finish carpenter
Must have tiling experience
Strong communication skills
Must have own tools

Market-competitive salary based on skill level & experience.

Company vehicle provided (clean required driving record required).
