This position is hybrid and can be based out of either of Richmond, BC or Brampton, ON. The work hours for each region are as follows:Richmond, BC:8:00am-4:00pm PSTBrampton, ON:10:00am-6:00pm ESTIn this role you will:Complete all of the execution and daily management of SKU Uploads and changes, daily ordering, and creation of transfers to support Sleep Country/Dormez Vous’ requirements for the assigned categories across all channels (brick mortar stores/ market places/e-commerce)Follow up on warehouse receipts, backorders, and overages and damaged product that occur at all warehousesSupport the National Supply Chain Team, Merchandising Team and other required cross functional teams as neededWork with PIM/STORIS/ORACLE and downstream systems ensuring that accurate and timely actions taken daily to complete to support entire SKU maintenance process according to business requirementsAnalyze Broken Promise Report on a daily basis to properly place orders for all categories in assigned regions based on lead-timePopulate weekly spreadsheets to ensure all products are dispersed accordingly, and promotional products are available in all retail locationsAssess current stock levels at the DCs and stores and calculate quantities and timing of Tagged Purchase Orders to meet the needs of the businessSupport Supply Chain Coordinators to produce the documents necessary for analyzing upcoming promotions and their impact on product demand to alter stock levels as needed to maintain 100% on-time delivery to customersAct as a key liaison between Sleep Country/Dormez‑vous? and its’ vendors by communicating regularly to maintain our partnership and achieve the maximum level of efficiency and service to our customersCommunicate through email to Sales Associates of any issues with Sales Order or Purchase Order dates that will negatively impact customer orders.Ensuring the Supply Chain Leadership team is kept informed of any issues as appropriateQualifications and Experience we like to see:College or University Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline1-3 years experience in supply chain or purchasing would be an assetMust have excellent communication (oral/written), interpersonal, organization, time management and ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholdersAttention to details, confidentiality, thoroughness, and decision making skillsAbility to work in a quick paced team environmentStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in MS ExcelWhy members of our Corporate team love working at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez‑vous?This is not a job but a CAREER with opportunities for growth and advancementDiverse and inclusive work environmentAssociate Discount Program where you will be able to enjoy some of the world’s best sleep productsAssociate Referral ProgramAdditional InformationThis is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $41,000-$46,000 annually.
