About the Role

We are looking for a Change Analyst to support a large finance transformation program. This role will provide hands-on support in coordinating change activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and project planning.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with project teams and business stakeholders to drive organizational change initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

- Support change management activities across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments.
- Assist in developing change management plans and communication materials.
- Create and maintain project timelines, trackers, and change roadmaps.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Track action items and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Prepare presentations, status updates, and reporting materials.




- Support adoption and readiness activities throughout project implementation.
- Work closely with Change Leads, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Coordination, Business Transformation, or related environments.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Solid PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting finance transformation projects.
- Exposure to ERP or system implementations.
- Consulting experience.
- Understanding of finance functions and business operations.
- French/English bilingualism is an asset.
