The RAAM Support Worker is a valuable member of the RAAM and Community Health Centre teams. The Support Worker is charged with providing addictions support to clients and their families within an interdisciplinary model. The approach to care is strengths‑based and rooted in harm reduction and evidence‑based practice.The position has a competitive salary, option to join Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), and an excellent group health perks package.The salary range for this position is from $43,744 to $54,681 per year. We currently do not use AI to screen resumes.QUALIFICATIONSPreference will be given to individuals with livedor familyexperiencewith mental health, addictions and/orrecovery, orindividualsworking with vulnerable populations.Proven experience with overdose prevention and response, and training in/experience with Naloxone administration.Experience and knowledge of drug use, alcohol use,
