Panini’s Italian Cucina on 8544 Jasper Avenue NW, Edmonton is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to Panini’s recipes and standards.
Set up and stock stations before each shift.
Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during busy service periods.
Ensure food is prepared safely and presented to company standards.
Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory rotation.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary throughout each shift.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service.
Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
Assist wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Qualifications
Previous line cook experience is preferred.
Experience making pizza is a robust asset.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Robust organizational and time management skills.




Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Food Safety certification is an asset.
