In this vital role, you will assist in maintaining clean and safe living settings for the birds, support farm machinery operations, and perform essential manual tasks to keep the farm running smoothly. Duties
Assist in feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of poultry to ensure optimal growth and wellbeing
Perform cleaning and sanitation of poultry housing, equipment, and surrounding areas to maintain hygiene standards
Operate farm machinery such as feed dispensers, ventilation systems, and cleaning equipment with proper safety procedures




Conduct regular inspections of poultry houses and equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential issues
Handle heavy lifting tasks involving feed bags, equipment parts, or other materials necessary for daily farm operations
Follow all safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members

Requirements
Mechanical knowledge or experience operating farm machinery is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Basic understanding of farm safety procedures and animal care practices
Prior experience in poultry farming or agricultural work is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
