Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, solid time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments.
Prepare drinks and serve food items according to established food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including dining spaces and restroom areas.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining setting.

Qualifications




Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
Having a smart serve for serving an alcoholic beverages required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculations.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy workplace.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
