We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our agile team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction, maintenance, and site preparation activities. Responsibilities
Assist with installation of underground Telecom infrastructure.
Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies as directed by supervisors
Support skilled tradespeople. Work includes shovelling, landscaping and installation of underground conduit systems.
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Operate basic machinery or equipment when trained and authorized to do so
Help with minor repairs or maintenance tasks as needed to support ongoing projects




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards

Experience
Previous experience in general labour, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Solid work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills to effectively follow instructions and work as part of a team
Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of maintaining a safe work setting is an asset
