We are a very rapid paced Plumbing and HVAC company and have an immediate opening in the position of client experience/dispatch. The ideal candidate must be customer service focused, providing a superior experience to our valued clients, be extremely organized and possess meticulous attention to detail. A freindly telephone disposition and excellent communication are required as well as being a self starter. The position would entail scheduling our technicians to care for our client's plumbing and HVAC needs - experience and knowledge in this field is a definite asset. Computer experience is needed as well as typing speed and accuracy. A minimum of 2 years service dispatch experience is required.
