Responsibilities
Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate learning and creativity for young children.
Provide attentive caregiving to meet each child's individual needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Support children’s social-emotional growth by encouraging positive interactions, sharing, and conflict resolution.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom workplace that promotes independence and exploration.
Collaborate with colleagues and families to develop personalized care plans and share progress updates.
Assist children with daily routines such as meals, naps, hygiene, and transitions to foster independence.




Observe and document children's developmental milestones to inform teaching strategies and report progress to parents or guardians.

Experience
Prior experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate caregiving tailored to individual needs.
Classroom experience that showcases your ability to manage group activities effectively.
Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices to support holistic development.
Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members professionally.
A genuine enthusiasm for fostering a positive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
