Top Shelf Food and Beverage Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician (Dual Ticket) to support production operations. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician (Dual Ticket – Electrician & Millwright)

Pay: $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Responsibilities
Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and electrical codes
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
Maintain motors, VFDs, PLC systems, sensors, and control panels
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance
Install and maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and packaging machinery
Support automation systems (PLC, HMI, instrumentation)
Perform electrical installations including conduit, wiring, and panel modifications




Respond to equipment breakdowns efficiently
Maintain accurate maintenance records

Qualifications
Industrial Electrician License (442A or 309A)
Millwright License (433A or equivalent)
Minimum 7 years of industrial/manufacturing experience
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
Experience with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens), VFDs, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently in a rapid‑paced workplace

Preferred
Food & beverage or packaging industry experience
Automation and controls troubleshooting
CMMS experience

Compensation & Benefits
