Duties
Greet guests with a friendly, energetic demeanor and assist with seating arrangements
Manage reservations and waitlists using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
Provide guests with menus, answer questions about menu items, specials, or restaurant policies




Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills

Requirements
Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality preferred
Robust communication skills with clear phone etiquette and friendly interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of restaurant POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Experience in serving or restaurant operations is desirable but not mandatory
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Basic understanding of food service procedures and customer service standards
Previous hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous but not required
