About Us:

Glenform Building Ltd. specializes in concrete formwork with a robust domestic and international presence in the construction industry.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Supervisor to lead our yard team and take full ownership of the materials and equipment yard. You'll oversee yard staff and be the single point of accountability for everything that comes in, goes out, and sits in the yard — formwork, shoring, scaffolding, tools, and rental equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and coordinate a team responsible for day-to-day yard operations

· Keep accurate, real-time inventory counts through regular physical audits

· Inspect and log damage on all incoming and outgoing materials

· Process returns to job sites and rental suppliers accurately and on time

· Keep the yard organized, secure,



and running efficiently — layout, housekeeping, security, and equipment maintenance

· Submit daily reports on yard activity, counts, and any issues that need attention

Requirements:

· Experience in construction or materials handling settings

· Prior experience leading or supervising a team

· Sharp attention to detail and experience with inventory tracking systems

· Physically fit, able to lift heavy materials & comfortable working outdoors

· Reliable, punctual, and safety orientated

· Forklift or telehandler experience is an asset (but not required)

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
