Solution Architect – ServiceNow | Vancouver, BC | Onsite

We are hiring an expert-level ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10–15 years of experience to lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for a major enterprise/utility account.

Key Responsibilities
Own ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps
Define architecture, governance, integration strategy, data model and platform roadmap
Lead CSDM/CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management/AIOps
Design and govern ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLA and Major Incident
Provide SecOps architecture covering Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response and security integrations
Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and event integrations
Guide developers and technical leads on scripting, Flow Designer, workflows, ATF and platform best practices
Lead architectural reviews, upgrades, releases, technical debt remediation and platform optimization
Work directly with customer stakeholders, architects, service owners and delivery leadership
Support roadmap planning, governance, estimation, transition and delivery quality





Required Experience
10–15 years of IT experience
Expert-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
Solid expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and MID Server
Solid knowledge of CSDM, CMDB governance, Discovery and Service Mapping
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integration patterns
Knowledge of ACLs, roles, security, Workspace/Service Portal and UI Builder
Experience with ATF, upgrades, instance health, performance and release management
Robust executive and customer-facing communication skills
ITIL/ITSM governance and managed services experience preferred
Utility, regulated enterprise or SaaS governance experience is a plus
