We are looking for an experienced Spa Technician to join our service team!

We are looking for a reliable, punctual and motivated technician who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and is comfortable working independently in the field.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Previous experience working with all types of hot tubs and swim spas
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Resourceful and self-motivated – able to identify and resolve issues in the field
Good mechanical and technical skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Qualified, punctual and reliable
Comfortable working Monday to Saturday
Able to work independently while also being part of a team

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hot tubs and swim spas
Troubleshoot pumps, heaters, controls, plumbing, jets and electrical components
Perform installations, repairs and warranty service




Communicate professionally with customers and explain repairs and recommendations
Complete service reports and keep accurate notes
Maintain a clean and qualified work workplace

Pay: $40.00-$120.00 per hour
