We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team. In this carpenter role, you will work independently or in a team to construct high-quality residential homes in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. You are responsible for following site drawings to complete back-framing, door/window preparation, installation, finishing carpentry and general construction tasks. Some forming and framing may also be required.

Responsibilities:
Frame-to-finish carpentry according to project requirements
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Conduct general site work as needed
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Valid driver's license & vehicle are required

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years carpentry experience, with a minimum 2nd-Year apprenticeship




Has worked in Residential renovation or current construction
Ability to work independently and efficiently
General understanding of the subtrades and coordination through all phases of the project
