Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Italian cuisine to the highest standards.
Operate the grill station, including steaks, seafood, chicken, and specialty menu items.
Assist with catering production and event preparation.
Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
Extensive grill station experience is required.
Catering experience is required.




Robust knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Food Handler Certification.
Reliable, organized, and able to perform under pressure.
