We are currently looking for motivated, reliable, and friendly individual to join our team in a part-time position, with opportunities for growth into a full-time role at our Polo Park Location.

What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
Help customers find the perfect piece for their style, occasion, and budget
Deliver a high-level, personalized shopping experience
Process sales and handle point-of-sale transactions
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
Receive and process incoming repairs (jewellery, watches, clocks)
Answer phone calls and contact customers for pickups




Follow store procedures and assist with opening/closing duties

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales or retail experience (required)
Availability for part-time or full time (including weekends)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to build trust and connect with customers
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Basic computer/POS skills
