Responsibilities
Apply joint compound and tape to drywall seams, ensuring smooth transitions and a professional finish
Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting or further finishing work
Use hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely and efficiently during finishing tasks
Perform minor carpentry or handyman tasks as needed to support drywall installation and finishing processes
Conduct touch-ups and final inspections to guarantee a flawless finish that meets quality standards




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly

Qualifications
Prior construction experience with drywall taping and finishing is highly preferred
Construction experience with knowledge of carpentry, caulking, and general handyman skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in quick-paced environments
Skilled in using hand tools
Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment usage
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols in office
Familiarity with construction safety standards and proper tool handling is essential
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in rapid-paced settings
