Role: Service, maintain, and repair apartment security gates and garage doors. Installation of access control systems. Operator installation and door replacement. On-the-job training that focuses on quality, safety and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Providing service to overhead garage door and security gates
Regular interaction with customers, including property managers, council members, other trades and personnel
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, carry out required repairs, and report back to management

Qualifications:
1+ years experience in a relevant trade
Valid driver’s licence (Class 5)




Any relevant safety training tickets or certifications (CDI, Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, Standard First Aid)
