Qualified Finishing Carpenter – Micro-Home Construction

We are looking for an experienced finishing carpenter who wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to become one of our working partners with our growing micro-home company and help build a future of your own.

The customers and sales
Building plans and drawings
Warehouse workspace
Materials and supplies
An established micro-home construction system

Your role is simple: bring the skill, reliability and determination needed to build exceptional micro homes.

The position will initially be paid hourly, starting at $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our long-term goal is to help the right people develop into an independent contracting partners who can take responsibility for complete builds.

The ideal candidate:
Is a qualified and experienced finishing carpenter
Produces accurate, high-quality workmanship
Can read and work from construction drawings
Is comfortable completing framing,



interior finishing and general construction tasks
Works independently and solves problems
Is reliable, organized and accountable
Has tremendous energy and drive, backed by years of practical experience
Wants the prospect to grow a business and create their own future

This is best suited to someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited about micro homes, modular construction and the prospect to grow alongside an emerging company.
