Fox On John is seeking a hardworking individual for the position of Bartender.

Fox On John is a neighborhood restaurant celebrating classic British fusion cuisine. The menu evokes feelings of nostalgia and timeless comfort in a warm and familiar space; showcasing the best of bold British cuisine with refined classics and indulgent signatures. Fox On John provokes a feeling of intimacy as an extension of the family home with a versatile function.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute the smooth and flawless operation of the Bar and Restaurant
Complete all bartender duties when necessary
Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation
Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served in the bar
Assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing
Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services
Ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks in line with AGCO legislations
Monitor bar opening and closing duties
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Maintain Healthy and Safety standards of the Bar
Robust interpersonal and problem solving abilities
