Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with locating products, answering questions, and providing excellent service.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shelves, aisles, and checkout areas to ensure a tidy shopping setting.
Restock shelves efficiently by merchandising products attractively and ensuring proper placement.
Operate cash registers accurately, handle transactions smoothly, and manage cash or card payments with professionalism.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning displays, sweeping floors, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Use communication skills to coordinate with team members on inventory needs and store updates.




Assist in operating equipment like forklifts when necessary, following safety protocols at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
Ability to operate a forklift is a plus; certification will be provided if needed.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members in bilingual environments is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills for maintaining product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in merchandising and cleaning duties.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail and safety regulations is vital for success in this role.
