Law Clerk - Subdivision Development

Our client, a highly regarded and well established law firm located in mid town Toronto, is actively seeking a Law Clerk to join its growing team!

If you have 2 years of experience in subdivision real estate closings from the builder's side, and wish to join a friendly team of specialists look no further!

Primary Duties:
Supporting the Subdivision Development practice;
Preparation and drafting of correspondence and legal documents;
Organization/coordination of files/closing;
Other general duties as required

Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications:
2 years of subdivision development experience;
Law Clerk Diploma required;
Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel), Unity Software, PC Law, LDD;
Ability to transcribe dictation for the preparation of real estate agreements and condominium documents is an asset;
Solid verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.

Salary commensurate with experience!
