About East Side
At East Side, we’re all about hearty portions, bold flavors, and genuine hospitality. Our Brampton location is looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver the great food our guests know and love.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to East Side Marios recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation at all times
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health & safety guidelines
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as required

Qualifications:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace




Solid attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Food Handler Certification an asset
