Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety of dishes
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders




Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality workplace preferred
Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices
Experience with serving guests directly or working in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team
