Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves engaging with our customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a very positive dine-in and takeaway experience.

Duties
Welcoming customers to our restaurant and provide them with accurate, valid and complete information about our cuisine, menu and dining process.
Assign customers the dine-in tables. Manage the waitlist during rush hours.
Manage multiple priorities by handling dine-in customers, customers ordering takeout and handling incoming calls.
Taking all orders accurately and assisting customers to make the right choice from our menu by providing them with details and descriptions of our cuisine.
Identify and assess customer needs and suggest various options.




Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Cleaning the dining area and reception area.
Making sure that the customer washrooms are clean, and supplies are refilled in customer washrooms.
Cleaning of windows, doors, signs, tablets, sinks, and walls, as and when required.
Help kitchen staff during downtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $17.60-$17.70 per hour
