Carter Honda is seeking an experienced FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER to join our successful team.

We are looking for an outgoing, experienced candidate to join our Finance Team. The duties of this role are to produce additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products, as well as other appropriate after-sale items to current and used retail customers, while providing an exceptional customer service experience.

The ideal candidate has above average communication skills, who will thrive in a rapid paced, team and customer focused environment.

Responsibilities:
Present and sell aftermarket items (warranties, insurance, etc.)
Pursues all financing options in an effort to meet the needs of all customers, as well as follows up on credit applications on a continual basis and negotiates with institutions for approvals
Schedule, monitor and control all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers
Set goals and strategies to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual forecasts
Prepares accurate documentation and ensures that all purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, lease agreements,



applications for registration and all other documents necessary for the sale and lease of vehicles are completed accurately and in full compliance with store policies and VSA compliant
Builds relationships with lending institutions and is capable of interpreting/evaluating credit bureau reports
Maintains confidentiality of pertinent data
Focuses on both customer and employee satisfaction

Experience:
Valid VSA license in good standing
F&I; experience and Sales experience is preferred .
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills
Detail oriented, aptitude for numbers and exceptional analytical skills
Works efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
Ability to influence, negotiate and problem solve

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,860.53 per year
