Marketing Coordinator

At City Vibe Developments, we seek individuals who are highly motivated, productive and who strive to achieve the highest quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. City Vibe is seeking a qualified candidate to work as the Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Plan, run, and improve paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and display networks.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns that connect with customers and encourage them to take action.
Perform market comparison reviews
Use automation tools to send the right messages to customers at the right time.
Plan budgets for campaigns and make sure every dollar is spent wisely.
Write compelling and clear ad copy for paid ads, emails, and website content.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track results and spot opportunities.
Analyze campaign data to understand what’s working and make improvements.
Test new ideas with A/B testing to improve ads, emails, and calls-to-action.
Support other marketing activities and tasks as needed, including but not limited to promotions, events, and content updates.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

Qualifications/Requirements:
Diploma or degree in marketing or related fields.
Excellent attention to detail.




At least 3 years of experience running online advertising and email marketing campaigns.
Robust skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising tools.
Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
Able to analyze campaign results and make data-driven improvements.
Skilled at writing ads, emails, and website content that are clear and engaging.
Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to reach customers.
A team player who collaborates, shares ideas, and works well with others.
Event coordination, set-up and attendance may be required.
Must be able to work independently.
