Duties
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales and guest satisfaction through friendly recommendations
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas,



and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery, ensuring timely service for all guests

Qualifications
Prior food service experience or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for productive order processing
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest-focused service excellence
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not required
