The Fredericton Inn is a full-service hotel and convention center located in the uptown shopping district. We are looking to hire a part time (guaranteed two shifts) evening dishwasher. Full weekend & holidays availability is a requirement for this position.

THE ROLE:

Contributing to the exceptional service by ensuring high quality and the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage facility and assigned workspace. Maintaining a well-organized and clean area with assistance of restaurant servers and kitchen staff.

Day to Day:
Operate all kitchen equipment.
Wash dishes, glassware, etc., by hand when necessary.
Restock all supplies.
Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water.
Stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
Remove all garbage, recycling and compost from designated areas routinely.




Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.

Physical Effort
Heavy lifting required, must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Standing for long periods of time.
Walking for long periods of time.
Lifting, bending and pulling.
Criminal record check may be requested.
Be adaptable with hours, willing to stay late/arrive early if required.
